Check out Forexfactory and dailyfx for news 5mins

Check related news source to see if the news will turn sour or sweet

Do quick longer-term analysis on weekly, daily, 4h chart. 5-10 mins

Price action, trendline, fib, structure, long term zones(major pairs), market maker

Check charts on MetaTrader with the indicators to watch for any consolidation, movements out the box on the smaller timeframes: 15m is the best.

Align the longer timeframe analysis with the shorter timeframe analysis to create an overall movement in the markets. 5-10 mins
